Traveling With Food Allergies

Oh my tummy hurts! Is not the statement you want to say or hear when traveling. I don’t know about you, but I love to travel.  My dream is to explore the 7 continents and cross all the oceans of the world.  I want to experience each country’s unique culture.  


Traveling is a ton of fun: There’s all the sightseeing and adventures and of course the food to experience.  Even though their are so many benefits to travel.  People with sensitive stomachs must be careful about the food they eat from other countries. 


But what if you have a food allergy or sensitivity and can’t enjoy the dishes set before you? For approximately 4 percent of Americans, food allergies are a reality that they deal with every day.

While that could put a definite strain on a trip, it doesn’t need to with some research, planning and expert help.
